Billy is a seasoned accounting professional with a strong track record of helping businesses streamline their financial operations and ensure compliance across a wide range of industries. With a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from East Tennessee State University, Billy brings over seven years of hands-on experience across roles in financial reporting, compliance, and providing strategic financial insights for nonprofit and for-profit organizations alike.

An avid traveler, he wants to bring his expertise to the businesses of those who allow others to explore through accurate reporting and improved financial processes. When not helping business owners make sense of the figures, you can catch him hiking with his dogs or planning his next vacation destination.

Principal

Luke Skiera, CPA

With over a decade of experience in accounting—primarily in the property management industry—Luke brings both technical expertise and real-world insight to every client relationship. He has held multiple accounting leadership roles, where he focused on financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic reporting.

Luke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from East Tennessee State University and a Master’s in Accounting from Rider University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

A long-time resident of beautiful East Tennessee, Luke is proud to serve property owners and investors in the region he calls home. When he's not working, you can find him enjoying time with his wife and two young sons—often on the slopes snowboarding or exploring local trails on his mountain bike.
